We understand that financial health is an important aspect of every thriving family, including yours. It is our hope that we can walk with you toward flourishing in all aspects of family life: academic, spiritual, relational, and financial.

Tuition for the 2026 – 2027 School Year

  • K-2 (8am-1pm): $8,655.00/year or $865.50/month
  • Afternoon FT (1pm-3pm): $2,587.00/year or $258.70/month
  • Afternoon PT – 2days (1pm-3pm): $1,696.00/year or $169.60/month

Tuition Payment Options

1. Annual Payment

  • Payment in full by July 1 through Facts Management Co.

2. Two-Payments*

  • Two payments made through FACTS Management Co. in July and November.

3. Monthly Payments*

  • Ten monthly payments made through FACTS Management Co. July through April.
    ​Twelve monthly payments made through FACTS July through June

*Late payment fee is $20 & return check fee is $35.

*If a student leaves the school for any reason after classes have begun, parents are responsible for paying the full tuition for the entire academic year. Student records will not be released until any outstanding balance has been paid in full.

Additional Fees

Application Fee / Entrance Exam Fee

  • $125.00 per student. This non-refundable fee is payable online at the time of application.
  • Entrance Exam Fee $50 per student.

Enrollment Fee

  • $310 per student. This non-refundable fee is payable annually per student and covers
    curriculum and supply consumables and book fees.

Continuous Enrollment

If you are not planning for your child(ren) to return to Ambleside in the 2027-2028 school year, you must notify the school office by selecting “Will Not Enroll” no later than January 31, 2027. Students unenrolled from Ambleside AFTER February 1 will be billed a 1-month tuition penalty. Families required to reinterview before re-enrolling will be contacted by December 14, 2026.

Facts Tuition Management Fee

$25 per family for pay-in-full or two-payment tuition payment plans and $55 for ten-month tuition payment plans. The $25 or $55 nonrefundable fee will be automatically processed from the account provided on the same day as your first scheduled payment. FACTS accounts are required and all FACTS accounts must have an associated automated payment method via checking or debit/credit card.

If you have or will be applying for Step Up for Students please provide your scholarship award letter upon receipt to office@amblesidepinellas.com.
